Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Valvoline truly exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was exceptional. Deshon, the manager, took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, answering every question I had without making me feel rushed or pressured into any additional services. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. Tyler was equally welcoming and friendly, and the positive attitude throughout the entire team was noticeable from start to finish. When they showed me my cabin air filter, I couldn’t believe how dirty it was—it was completely packed with leaves! In addition to my oil change, they rotated my tires, and the entire visit was completed in less than 30 minutes without sacrificing quality. What impressed me most was their commitment to safety. The technicians communicated constantly with one another, verbally confirming safety checks and ensuring every step of the process was completed correctly. It was obvious they take both efficiency and customer safety seriously. I normally take my vehicle to Ford, but they happened to be closed today. Looking back, I’m glad they were because it led me to Valvoline. This experience far surpas

By far one of the best places to get your oil changed. The crew here is top class customer engagement and customer service. The manager Deshaun seems to hold himself and his crew to high standards and expectations when it’s come to their work as I respect and greatly appreciate that. They answered every question I had and took the time to explain. I forgot I was even getting my oil changed because the environment was vibrant. I’ll be back of course, thanks for providing great service!

This Valvoline location is the only one I’ve ever come too since I’ve owned my very first vehicle in 2014. They have been nothing but good to me excellent customer service skills and they always go over and beyond. They also do a great job with educating you about your vehicle and always recommends what’s best. GREAT HARD WORKING PEOPLE.

Kyle, Tyler, and Ray were wonderful to work with. They were kind, respectful, and took the time to help me feel comfortable. I don’t know a lot about cars, and oil changes can sometimes feel intimidating, but this team made the whole experience smooth and positive. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer service.
